- Check tyres, brakes, ROPS and the hitch: Inspect tyres or tracks for pressure, cuts and wear and confirm wheel nuts are tight, then test the service and park brakes and the steering. Verify the rollover structure and seatbelt are sound, and check the drawbar, hitch pins and safety chains before any implement is connected and taken to the field.
