Who can I refer to MapTrack?
You can refer any business that manages physical assets - equipment, vehicles, tools or plant. Think construction companies, civil contractors, mining operations, facilities managers, trade businesses, and rental companies. There's no limit on who you can refer.
When do I receive my referral reward?
Your cash reward is paid out once your referred contact becomes a paying MapTrack subscriber. We confirm the reward tier based on their asset count and process payment within 14 days of their first invoice. Rewards are not paid for trial accounts that don't convert.
Is there a cap on how many people I can refer?
No. You can refer as many businesses as you like. Each successful referral earns you a separate cash reward. There is no maximum.
How do I track my referrals?
Once you submit a referral, you'll receive a confirmation email. Our team verifies eligibility and will contact you when a reward becomes payable. You can contact support at any time for a status update.
Can I refer someone who is already trialling MapTrack?
If your contact signed up independently before you submitted a referral, the referral credit cannot be applied retroactively. Referrals must be submitted before your contact creates a MapTrack account.
How is my reward amount determined?
Your reward is based on the number of assets on the referred customer's first paid plan: Up to 500 assets earns $150, 501 to 1,999 assets earns $300, 2,000+ assets earns $500. The tier is confirmed once they subscribe.
Do both parties need to be paying customers?
You need to be an active MapTrack subscriber to be eligible for the cash reward. Your referred contact receives a 30-day free trial regardless, but the reward is only paid when they become a paying customer.
